These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PhysioWorks Rehabilitation & Wellness website and services (the “Services”). By accessing this website, booking an appointment, or attending a class, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

PhysioWorks provides doctor-led physical therapy, rehabilitation, and boutique wellness services from our locations in Freeport, Grand Bahama. Information on this website is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a medical diagnosis or a substitute for a professional in-person evaluation.

Physical therapy appointments are scheduled through our third-party booking provider, Jane (janeapp.com). When you book through Jane, your booking is also subject to Jane’s own terms and privacy policy. Certain wellness programs are arranged by appointment via phone, email, or WhatsApp.

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment so the time can be offered to another patient. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee at our discretion.
